COYOTE WALL — PRINT DESIGN

I designed this graphic for Wonderland Running in 2021. Created digitally and made into a printed graphic to be awarded to race finishers for an organized trail-running race at Coyote Wall outside of White Salmon, Washington within the Columbia River Gorge. The design acts as a commemoration of the event and a celebration of this unique anticline geographic feature and the surrounding natural environment.

The design features one primary image of an open landscape to establish a sense of place, secondary elements of native flora and fauna to suggest the environment, and a color scheme applied to all elements to convey a sense of time for when the race event — mid-Autumn.
